This production line is fully automatic 1+2 mask machine, including an electrical cabinet, one set flat non-woven feeding& cutting machine, one set mask delivery part with two sets ear loop welding machine, operation system, and control system;
How is this machine automatic produce 3 or 4 ply disposable flat masks?
The whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Nose strip is cut to length and guide into the hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding and sealing edge of the mask, and cutting and shaping by a cutter; Conveying the mask to the ear loop welding stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding earloop; Mask is transported to the conveyor belt for collection when the processing of mask making ended. In regular production mode, can produce 110-150 pieces per minute and continuously run for 16 to 18 hours.
